Norwegian Plastic bottle recycling system could be adopted by UK

A piece of potential good news by the BBC this morning. Norway has a bottle recycling system that recycles 97% of its plastic bottles. This could be adopted in the UK, and Scotland has already commited in principle to adopting such a scheme.
