Compassionate Neighbours is free, community-led support for people nearing the end of life through age or illness, or who are lonely or socially isolated. They are looking for volunteers to help 1 or 2 hours a week visiting people living with serious, long-term or terminal illness.
It is run by Princess Alice hospice and for anyone interested they are holding a coffee morning at the Richard Mayo Centre, United Reform Church, Kingston upon Thames beteen 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Wednesday 16th May.
